Dr. Niklaus DelFavero has spent his professional career committed to improving his skills for the benefit of his patients. “As an NCAA swimmer, I never stopped pushing to perform better. Now as a doctor, I continue to seek the best ways to help my patients get back to normal as quickly and safely as possible. Using FDM, I see amazing results every day. What once took several visits to treat, I can now often resolve in one or two sessions.”
In addition to being a Board Certified Chiropractor and Certified Full Body FDM Provider and Full Body Certified Active Release Techniques Provider (ART), He holds post graduate training and certifications as a Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS), Certified Chiropractic Sports Physician (CCSP), Corrective Exercise Specialist (CES), and Certified Golf Fitness Instructor (CGFI) through the Titleist Performance Institute. This extensive training helps him provide exceptional care for those patients that are pushing their bodies to the limit.
Dr. DelFavero’s commitment to his patients and community isn’t limited to his office. He conducts local clinics to help swimmers improve technique and avoid injury. He is a guest lecturer at Emory University School of Medicine, University of Louisiana at Lafayette Department of Sports Medicine, and has spoken at grand rounds for local physicians at Crawford Long Hospital in Atlanta.
When not in the office, teaching or lecturing, he volunteers his time and skills at local and regional triathlons and sporting events, including the Augusta Ironman, the Ford Ironman Triathlon, and Judo Masters World Championships.
